human life should be about more than just human life
It's hard to put into words what I am feeling this morning.
First I would like to thank all of those who reached out to check on my family after the horrific attack yesterday. Your concern was very touching.
It feels different when you know the people involved and when you learn every day for 4 hours at the place of the attack. But this should emotionally hit every Jew. A Jew who is religious. A Jew who is secular. A Jew is a Jew. When one dies because of his beliefs, that could have been any of us.
I woke up this morning and did what every other Jew did here. We kept moving forward. The picture above is the shul where the attack took place. The candles are for the holy Jews who gave their lives in the service of the Creator. The people who are learning are those that are still giving their lives for Him.
IF WE STOP, THEY WIN
May the Creator, blessed be He, grant a special place in Heaven for the four kedoshim.
